Silver Restaurant, Gold Star

Thursday 14 January 2019

As part of the fiftieth birthday celebrations for Trevor and Shaun we arranged for a lovely evening for four at the two Michelin starred Silver restaurant at the famous 7132 Hotel. Such a tiny little town in Switzerland and yet it has its own Michelin Star restaurant. Imagine!

Wonderful evening of food and wine, with some snow in the background.

Food was awesome as you can see.
Snacks to start

Duck Liver Berliner

Chawanmushi | Vals Jerusalem Artichoke | Kaviari Kristal Caviar

Norwegian Langoustine | Celeriac | Bergamote

Here is a copy of our menu for our 10 course indulgence with very special wines.
Some dessert to end the evening's festivities.  Quince sorbet, sage and Monkey 47 Gin, cooked to perfection with a little liquid nitrogen.

Such a special night. Boys and roses, could you ask for anything more?
